This website provides general information about therapy services offered by Alison Pugh of PughCorp LLC . The content is for educational and informational purposes only and should not be considered medical, legal, or clinical advice. Visiting this site does not create a therapist‑client relationship.
Therapy services are provided only to individuals located in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Texas at the time of service. All sessions occur through HIPAA‑compliant telehealth platforms. A therapeutic relationship begins only after:
A completed intake process
Signed informed consent documents
Scheduled appointments
I reserve the right to determine whether my services are appropriate for your needs.
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee, as outlined in your informed consent paperwork.
Fees for therapy services will be discussed prior to beginning treatment. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Any changes to fees will be communicated in advance.
This practice does not provide crisis or emergency services. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. You may also contact the National Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988.
All therapy services follow HIPAA Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and/or Texas confidentiality laws. Information shared in therapy is confidential except in situations required by law, including:
Risk of harm to self or others
Suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elder, or vulnerable adult
Court orders or legal requirements
